• Supply and Installation of 2 x 500kVA and 2 x 400KVA Generators, allowing for N+1 redundancy in the number of Generators
• Off-site FAT Testing
• Design, Manufacture and Installation of a Generator Control Panel and Site Main Switchboard with Incomer Generator Circuits for each Generator plus spare, Spatial provision for future mains supply and distribution Circuits as required
• Earthing and Lightning protection
• Installation of Fuel Lines to new Generators
• Control circuitry providing automatic switching of Generators to match Load and Automatic equalisation of Generator service hours
• Interconnecting Cabling and Cable Trays
• Testing and Commissioning, including Site Training

• Existing 400kVA Generators were to be refurbished and kept for Project. These were found to be unfit for future use and required replacement al late notice with minimal impact to construction schedule.
• Existing NPI facilities was required to remain operational throughout the transition of old and new Power stations.
• Power outages were required to be kept to a minimum of four (4) hours for Facility operation.

Seamless transition and introduction of new Power Station. On site Training for RTIO personnel who will be maintaining the facility.

• Extensive knowledge of the Rio Tinto systems and procedures
• Flexibility to mobilise and demobilise at short notice due to large portfolio of workfront with in the Pilbara.
